MOSCOW (Reuters) -A bomb hidden in an electrical scooter killed a senior Russian basic in command of nuclear safety forces in Moscow on Tuesday, Russia’s investigative committee stated.
Lieutenant Basic Igor Kirillov, who’s chief of Russia’s Nuclear, Organic and Chemical Safety Troops, was killed outdoors an house constructing on Ryazansky Prospekt, which begins street some 7 km (4.35 miles) southeast of the Kremlin.
“Igor Kirillov, the pinnacle of the radiation, chemical and organic safety forces of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, and his assistant have been killed,” the investigative committee stated.
A prison case has been opened.
